Our client is a leading name in the construction sector, delivering innovative and sustainable Mandamp;E solutions across a wide range of projects. They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence.They are now looking for an experienced Mandamp;E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with regular visits to their head office in North WalesKey Responsibilities:*Manage the commercial aspects of Mandamp;E projects from procurement through to final account
*Prepare and oversee budgets, cost plans, valuations, and forecasts
*Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts, accounts, and payments
*Assess variations, claims, and change control processes
*Provide detailed commercial reporting to senior management
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectationsRequirements:*Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within Mandamp;E (mechanical andamp; electrical)
*Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
*Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
