Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (plus car allowance and benefits)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 41 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Pattern: Office-basedThe duties will include:Prepare procurement schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentsManage subcontractor accounts, negotiate contracts, valuations, and paymentsDeliver accurate and timely CVRs, final cost forecasts, and cost analysis reportsIdentify and mitigate financial risks to ensure projects stay within budgetPrepare and settle final accounts, including contractual claims and variationsCollaborate closely with Contracts Managers, Site Teams, and Clients to ensure effective project deliveryMonitor progress and performance, managing expenditure and maintaining commercial controlEssential Skills/Experience:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS in construction
