We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to support both statutory and management accounting functions. This role offers an exciting blend of financial reporting responsibilities and internal performance analysis, providing key insights to drive strategic decision-making.Prepare and review statutory accounts in compliance with local regulations and group policies.Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop management accounts and financial reports to support business units and senior leadership.Collaborate closely with global finance teams to consolidate financial data and support audits.Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance reporting efficiency.Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support business forecasting and budgeting.Great development opportunityHybrid & flexible working optionsProven experience in financial accounting, with exposure to both statutory and management accounts.Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and collaborate with international teams.Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) preferred, although QBE candidates will be considered.Join a leading global manufacturing organization with a strong footprint across multiple continents. Salary in the region of £50,000 to £55,000, level dependent on experience.
Hybrid working options, with the option to work from home combined with working from the offices (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
