Senior Management AccountantLiverpool - £55,000-60,000Resourcery Group are working with a dynamic and growing organisation based in Liverpool as they look to hire a new Senior Management Accountant. Our client is committed to excellence and innovation and is highly regarded as a place to work. They have a global presence and due to significant growth are now looking to hire a qualified accountant to join a high performing team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will work with both the UK and International finance teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis and supporting strategic business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reportsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisationProvide detailed variance analysis and commentary to aid business decision-makingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metricsCollaborate with department heads to understand and challenge financial performanceAssist in the preparation of board reports and strategic plansIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficienciesEnsure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standardsMentor and support junior finance team membersRequirementsFully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar management accounting roleStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsExcellent Excel skills; experience with accounting softwareHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and a strong team playerWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package including bonus
