- Recruitment & Onboarding: Build strong relationships with our HR system and support managers through recruitment and onboarding, maintain the systems, and ensure accessible reporting.
- L&D Coordination: Bring learning to life-help facilitate L&D activities, arrange workshops, coordinate events, and support the development of engaging learning materials.
- HR Support: Act as the friendly go-to for managers and team members, offering practical, people-centred advice.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare staff for payday-ensure correct pay and seamless enrolment into our benefits programs.
- General HR & Projects: Provide versatile support across HR generalist tasks, ad-hoc projects, and administrative duties.
- Training Delivery: Unless this is your passion-then feel free to step in!
- Payroll Calculations: These are handled by an external partner.
- Experienced in a generalist people/HR role, thriving on variety.
- Equally comfortable diving into spreadsheets or stepping into a meeting.
- Organised and detail-oriented-maybe you love a good, colour-coded to-do list.
