- Year-end: Lead and deliver the year-end process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Budgets: Oversee and manage the budgeting process.
- Audit: Act as the key contact for external auditors and ensure audit readiness and delivery.
- Reporting: The consolidation and reporting of the group financial results.
- Project work: Support and deliver ad hoc finance-related projects as required.
- Company Secretary duties: Provide company secretarial support as needed.
- Audit Committee: Prepare materials and present at Audit Committee meetings.
- Board meetings: Attend as an invitee to present financials and provide updates.
- Team management: Managing a team of 7 plus liaising with external advisors.
- Risk and compliance: Oversee financial risk management and compliance processes.
