We deliver actionable insights on climate hazards and risks, enabling informed decision-making for infrastructure, investment, and operational resilience. Our work spans hazard and peril data sets on a global scale, to asset level climate risk scoring, supporting predominately the insurance and banking sector globally. At the heart of our mission are three pillars: data, systems, and people—working together to build a more sustainable and climate-resilient future.About the Role:As Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role within the Advisory Group, working closely with the Director and other senior leaders to:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operational team (approx. 20 staff across the UK and Netherlands)
  • Drive the delivery of our strategic objectives and operational plans
  • Support product development and innovation in climate risk data and modelling
  • Foster strong client relationships and support business development
  • Ensure financial performance and operational excellence
  • Champion a people-first culture, supporting staff development and engagement
  • Contributing to developing and achieving the business plan, targets and operating profit.
  • Proactive management and support of opportunities and leads
What we are looking for:We’re looking for someone who is:
  • A confident and supportive leader with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of climate risk, data modelling, or the finance/insurance sector
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Organised, adaptable, and performance-driven
  • Passionate about sustainability and innovation
You’ll also have:
  • A relevant degree (Chartered status desirable)
  • Experience in a leadership role within a technical or consultancy environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
