- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of category dynamics, channel-specific needs, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using category management tools, market data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), and other analytical software.
