As an Associate Category Manager, you'll be at the heart of Wayfair's commercial operations, managing a portfolio of suppliers and shaping the future of home retail. You'll own category performance, use data to drive decisions, and collaborate across teams to grow revenue and improve profitability.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of suppliers across a specific product categoryBuild strategies to grow revenue and improve profitabilityAnalyse performance trends and adapt plans to meet evolving business goalsConduct market research and identify new opportunitiesBuild trusted relationships with internal teams and external partnersNegotiate pricing and promotions that make commercial senseExpand product selection by identifying gaps and sourcing new suppliersPartner with merchandising, marketing, and operations to execute initiativesQualificationsExperience in management consulting, eCommerce, category management, or a similar strategic/commercial roleConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with C-level suppliersOrganised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple prioritiesCurious and analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-makingEntrepreneurial spirit with a bias for actionProficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasetsWhy Join?
