Our client, a Leading Legal 500 firm based in the Northamptonshire area, are looking to recruit a Solicitor onto their Corporate/Commercial team. This role is for a Senior Solicitor/Associate and has genuine opportunities for partnership for the right candidate. They are willing to consider candidates of 3PQE upwards with solid Corporate/Commercial experience.This team works with a variety of clients supporting them will all aspects of their business. They are looking to recruit someone onto the team with a brad understanding of the commercial and legal needs of corporate clients as well as having entrepreneurial instincts as you will be collaborating closely with colleagues across various sectors, clients and other advisers.In this role you will be advising on the following:
  • Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals
  • Succession Planning
  • Employee Share Schemes including EMIs, EBTs and EOTs
  • Restructuring and Demergers
  • Finance Documents
  • Governance Documents including Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association and Partnership Agreements
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Franchising
  • Drafting, advising, negotiating, dealmaking
