- Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions
- Managing and supporting complex matters with minimal supervision
- Playing an active role in business development and building strong client relationships
- Supervising junior team members and contributing to team growth
- Delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail
- Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset with a flair for developing client relationships
- Proven billing track record and supervisory experience
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to own transport
- Brings a positive attitude and a good sense of humour to the workplace
