- Manage and develop relationships with national retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as NPD, Brand & Marketing
- Analyse market trends and provide insights to improve account performance.
- Full P&L ownership
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ensure alignment with overall business goals and contribute to the sales strategy.
- Proven experience managing UK Grocer or High Street Retail Accounts.
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
- A relationship centric approach is a must.
- The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- A salary range of £50-60k, plus bonus incentives.
