This is an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to drive growth and manage key retail accounts (Grocer & High Street) within the UK. Although open on product background, this would be particularly well suited to someone with exposure to Home, Lifestyle, Child/Baby type categories.
  • Manage and develop relationships with national retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as NPD, Brand & Marketing
  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to improve account performance.
  • Full P&L ownership
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business goals and contribute to the sales strategy.
Lead on Key UK Retail Accounts across Grocers/High StreetHuge growth in the business, having launched into additional categoriesA successful National Account Manager should have:
  • Proven experience managing UK Grocer or High Street Retail Accounts.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • A relationship centric approach is a must.
  • The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
An SME who, following investment from wider Group owners, has focused on extensive NPD, so you will have lots to go at - additional lines, a new category, new packaging... it's exciting times! Predominantly branded, with the ability to offer exclusives & private label, you could be coming from either background, as long as you're relationship driven.
  • A salary range of £50-60k, plus bonus incentives.
