
National Sales/Account Manager

- You'll start by doing what you do best-sales. From daily prospecting to face-to-face customer visits, you'll be the engine of growth.
- As you build a pipeline of successful wins and relationships, you'll transition into a strategic national account leadership role, managing high-value clients and major project accounts across the UK.
- Work 2 days a week from a modern office in Kettering, and spend 3 days out in the field-with full autonomy to own your week and drive results.

- Win new business through proactive outreach, appointments, and tailored proposals.
- Own and grow existing key accounts, nurturing them into long-term partnerships.
- Project manage large-scale opportunities (including deals over £100k).
- Deliver CPD presentations and in-person product specification support.
- Provide insight on customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to improve positioning.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication, support and problem solving.
- Work closely with directors and the internal sales team to align activity and progress.
- A proven sales hunter with a background in B2B sales (ideally construction or technical products).
- A confident face-to-face communicator with the presence and energy to win people over.
- You thrive in target-driven environments and love being out in the field closing deals.
- You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves-you're commercially savvy, self-sufficient, and highly organised.
