- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email + DM).
- Create visually impactful marketing assets – social graphics, email banners, DM collateral.
- Build and send targeted emails using marketing automation tools.
- Use HTML to support email and landing page optimisation.
- Oversee direct mail development and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and present insightful reports to leadership.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned across channels and consistent with brand identity.
- Experience in print and production processes.
- Familiarity with UK data protection and GDPR compliance in marketing.
- Creative flair with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Qualified Marketeer with a strong creative & design background
- Looking to grow their skills & competencies across the different customer marketing topics
- Salary: £40,000
- Location: Kemble, Cirencester
- Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on-site (Tuesday to Thursday)
