- Create and execute a strategic plan to achieve targeted e-commerce growth across multiple websites.
- Work seamlessly with local marketing teams and group functions to drive results.
- Web Acquisition Oversight:
- Manage various aspects of web acquisition, including SEA, affiliation, and retargeting.
- Collaborate with colleagues focusing on SEO and social media channels.
- Traffic Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse web traffic using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Generate regular, detailed reports on traffic performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to boost traffic and user engagement.
- Content Strategy and Management:
- Partner with the content team to develop and optimise engaging web content.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan, execute, and monitor web traffic campaigns, including social media and affiliation.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Web Turnover, Traffic, and Conversion Rate
- Traffic Generation: Organic vs Paid, Bounce Rate
- SEA Budget Management
- Onsite Transactions and Average Order Value
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Ability to utilise analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Capability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategies.
- Skill in developing and executing impactful advertising campaigns.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on ROI.
- Organisational and Leadership Skills:
- Organised, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and influence at all levels.
- Understanding of SEO strategies to complement SEA efforts.
- Communication and Networking:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Stimulated by challenges, eager to excel, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Fluent English (French is a bonus)
