Travel: Occasional visits to other UK sitesWe're looking for a commercially-minded Product Manager to take ownership of a specialist product portfolio within a well-established, market-leading organisation in the construction sector. This is a role for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery, where you'll shape the direction of your products from initial concept through to launch and beyond.You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on innovation, customer experience, and long-term business growth. From analysing market trends and spotting opportunities, to leading new product introductions and managing existing ranges, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.What you'll be doing:Owning a portfolio of products from development to retirement, maximising performance and profitabilityBringing new products to market through a structured, stage-gate approachIdentifying trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovationWorking closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful launchesManaging pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimisation initiativesActing as a subject matter expert for your category, both internally and externallyWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in product management, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or a related industryStrong commercial awareness and an ability to turn market insight into viable business propositionsExcellent communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levelsStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on approachWillingness to travel occasionally to other sites (up to 25%)What's on offer:
