  • Drive the strategic direction of our protection and automation portfolio
  • Influence the future of power system technology
  • Lead innovation in digital substation solutions
  • Shape the roadmap for next-generation protection systems
  • Define product strategy across transmission, distribution, and industrial applications
  • Lead full product lifecycle management
  • Drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration
  • Engage with key customers and industry partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Champion product perfection and customer satisfaction
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
  • Electrical Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Some experience in power systems/electrical equipment industry
  • Deep understanding of protection relay technologies
  • Solid understanding of utility operations and substation automation
  • Perfection in analytical thinking and strategic planning
Ideal Additions
  • Experience with IEC 61850 and digital substations
  • Background with utilities, OEMs, or EPCs
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into customer value
  • Industry network and market insight
