This role offers a blend of strategic input and hands-on delivery, working closely with partners and BD colleagues across international offices.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tactical BD and marketing support across financial markets sub-practices
- Lead development of new product offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Manage pitches, tenders, and client communications
- Drive profile-raising initiatives and oversee directory submissions
- Support client relationship programmes and cross-practice collaboration
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and reporting
- 4+ years' experience in BD, marketing, or sales within a law firm
- Strong project management and commercial acumen
- Skilled in pitch development and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
