- Crafting Experiences: Take charge of both large and small projects, transforming complex challenges into simple, user-friendly solutions.
- Collaborative Process: Work closely with Product Managers to identify customer problems, build testable hypotheses, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Human-Centered Design: Advocate for user needs and champion human-centered design principles both within your team and across the organization.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner with agile squads to continuously improve our digital products, making them more accessible and user-friendly.
- Empathy Development: Collaborate with UX researchers to develop a deep understanding of our customers, including those with disabilities, validating designs through user testing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web, responsive, and native applications.
- Experience with high-profile design projects in a customer-facing commercial environment.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Marvel, Miro, and Axure.
- A solid understanding of the end-to-end design process, including research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas effectively across various levels of the organization.
