- Proven experience in Retail design or development organisation, including management of construction documents.
- Degree in Architecture (Desirable).
- Proven experience in CAD drafting in AutoCAD software & 3D modelling in Sketchup.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Current working knowledge of UK building code and compliance issues.
- Current knowledge of industry trends in retail store design including furniture and finishes.
- Ability to balance design, with operational needs and meet the needs of the business within budget and meet tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of materials and foundational design principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisation skills with the flexibility to react to frequent changes quickly.
- Ability to make informed decisions, and problem-solve.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups.
- European language, French, German, Spanish or Italian (Desirable).
