Coordinate and align with Marketing Executive in collaboration with Travel Retail EMA Corporate Consumer Engagement Team (Digital & Comms function) to support across all Digital Media Campaigns, including completing briefs, managing the development and production of digital assets. Work with the corporate Ecommerce team on the launch, manage, and maintenance the brand retailer portfolios specific online boutiques across Travel Retail EMA. Work closely with the Corporate Consumer Engagement teams on activations on influencer marketing and related events. Provide Briefs, creating tracking and recommendations based on marketing campaigns. Support Regional Marketing Manager and TR WW Events Manager on the coordination of events in the region. Ensure teams are update at store level and further collate feedback from the Operations team with regards to tracking and feeding back results. The successful candidate will: Be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritize work effectively Be able to work independently when required but also thrives working as part of a team Be able to track, analyse, develop and provide feedback to Regional Marketing Manager based on campaign KPI's and deliverables analytics. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Have a Marketing / creative bias is required as well as an understanding of the market and the industry Have demonstrable passion and interest in the beauty market Have project management skills are required along with the ability to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail Have a flexible and proactive approach is required MS Office Proficiency - Excel Intermediate level / Power-point - Intermediate/ SAP desirable
