This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving team performance within the fire, security, or building services sector.About the RoleAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and Business Development professionals. You’ll oversee regional sales performance, support complex bids, and contribute to strategic growth plans across both new and existing client accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales teamSet and monitor sales targets and KPIs in line with business goalsImplement effective sales strategies to expand market shareSupport sales staff on large or technically complex deals and presentationsBuild strong relationships with key clients and internal departmentsReport on sales activity, pipeline health, and market opportunitiesIdentify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across servicesRequirementsProven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within fire protection, electronic security, or M&E contractingStrong track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenueExcellent leadership and team development skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and client management abilitiesComfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentFull UK driving licenceDesirableKnowledge of life safety systems (e.g. fire detection, alarms, suppression)Familiarity with BS 5839, BS 7671, or similar industry compliance standardsExperience in tendering or managing public sector or commercial contractsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company committed to service excellence and continuous growth.Apply now to take the next step in your sales leadership career.
