With an experienced team and an ambitious growth trajectory, the company is set to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market.They are now looking to appoint an NPD Coordinator to support the development and delivery of high-quality and nutritious products.This role requires a full UK Driving Licence.The RoleReporting to the NPD controller, you will play a key role in helping with exciting NPD projections. You're role will focus on:
  • Supporting the development chefs in the kitchen with recipe testing and sampling
  • Assisting with product trials in the factory and tracking progress
  • Presenting samples to internal teams and fine-tuning recipes based on feedback
  • Costing recipes, logging nutritionals, and keeping everything on track
  • Ordering samples, keeping the kitchen stocked, and handling sample requests
  • Sharing creative ideas, spotting trends, and helping stay ahead of the curve
  • Keeping detailed records and supporting technical checklists/specs
  • Leading taste tests and helping us benchmark the latest market launches
The PersonWe are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for food and an eagerness to learn. You will have previous experience in a similar role, within chilled manufacturing and looking for that next challenge in an exciting branded business.Additionally, we're looking for a keen team player, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
