- Booking patients into various pharmacy clinics, such as BP, asthma, diabetes, medication monitoring, medication reviews
- Dealing with tasks that come into the shared mailbox
- Booking patients in for their COVID and flu vaccinations
- Managing clinics throughout the year for the team

- Experience of using technology and digital tools to support health and wellbeing
- Knowledge of Information Governance and data quality
