Hours: Full Time, Monday to FridayReeson Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Putney who are seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support for a child in Reception with Autism and challenging behaviour.The Role:Supporting a Reception-aged pupil with Autism (ASD) and challenging behaviourImplementing strategies to support emotional regulation and positive behaviourAssisting the class teacher with classroom routines, learning activities, and interventionsBuilding trusting relationships with the pupil and encouraging engagement in learningCollaborating with the SENCO and wider staff teamIdeal Candidate:Experience supporting children with ASD and challenging behaviourCalm, patient, and nurturing with strong communication skillsConfident working 1:1 and in small groupsUnderstanding of SEN strategies, visual aids, and structured routinesCommitted to inclusion and helping pupils achieve their potentialEnhanced DBS or willing to applyThe School Offers:A supportive, inclusive and child-centred environmentExperienced SEN and teaching staff for guidance and collaborationOpportunities for professional development and trainingEasily accessible location in PutneyApply Now:
