Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEN Primary SchoolLocation: WandsworthSalary: £95 - £100 per day (dependent on experience/qualifications)Start Date: September 2025Wanted: A brave soul with the patience of a saint and the ability to remain calm when someone puts a crayon in their ear.A vibrant, joyful SEN primary school bursting with creativity, giggles, and the occasional flying Play-Doh are looking for a passionate LSA to join their school. They support wonderful children with a range of additional needs such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and behavioural difficulties.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting brilliant young minds as they learn, grow, and occasionally climb under tables.Providing 1:1 or small group support based on EHCPs and individual needs.Using creativity, empathy, and humour to turn challenges into triumphs.Helping children with communication, sensory regulation, and confidence.About You:You’re unshockable.
