Monday to Friday 13.30-18.30Optional Saturday or Sunday per month 9-12The practice is looking for an effective, motivated, proactive candidate to join our highly effective and friendly team.The successful candidate will need to provide a first class level of reception / customer service to our patients.The successful candidate will need to enjoy working in a busy reception and call centre environment and be prepared to go the extra mile.The role of medical receptionist / care co-ordinator is very demanding therefore the practice is looking to recruit someone who is confident, has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and good at multi-taskingThe successful candidate must be computer literate and have a flexible approach to working.Experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will be required to provide effective and efficient reception and administrative services for the practice in a professional and courteous manner.To provide high quality reception and administration services to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others.To act as the first point of contact for patients accessing practice services and to portray the practice in the highest possible professional basis.To ensure that enquiries from patients are effectively and courteously handled to the mutual satisfaction of the practice and patient.About usThe Park Medical Practice provides a range of general and specialist services to our 25,000 patients with dedicated staff to ensure our patients get the best care.
