We are recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join our client's growing Architecture company. Our client is committed to sustainable design and providing quality services to their clients, this is a fantastic chance to join an experienced team and make a positive impact.The ideal candidate should have 5+ years experience working as an Architectural Technician and have a good knowledge of current building regulations working on residential and commercial projectsSuccessful candidates should be prepared to work independently and as a team to ensure deadlines are met; possess strong organisation skills and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects. They must also have excellent communication skills and must remain flexible to changing priorities.Responsibilities Include:

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Producing high-quality drawings using AutoCAD
Providing advice and guidance on building regulations to internal and external contacts
Ensuring a good quality of work is produced to meet deadlines

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in HNC, HND or degree in Architectural Technology.
At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
Strong AutoCAD skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Capable of producing computer generated visuals and 3D models.
