
Senior Quantity Surveyor

- Supporting a team of construction managers, designers, planners, schedulers, and electricians
- Managing the planning and scheduling of surveys, design, and installation work
- Contributing to compliance with commercial processes and procedures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Supporting systems and processes to ensure a sustainable and commercially viable pipeline of work
- Collaborating with internal and subcontractor teams to meet customer needs
- Upholding regular communication to understand client needs and goals
- Addressing any concerns or escalations promptly and effectively
- Experience in mentoring and overseen a a commercial team
- Strong background in commercial management and NEC contracts
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, particularly within civils or utilities infrastructure
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as Oracle
- Subcontract management experience
- Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety best practices
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Office based with flexibility to work from home
- Monday to Friday 40hrs per week
- Paying up to £70,000 per annum
