McGinley Support Services are looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Supervisor to join our team on a long-term infrastructure project based in Norwich.🔍 What We're Looking For:
✅ Gold CSCS Card
✅ SSSTS and EUSR (essential)
✅ Strong background in structural and civil engineering supervision
✅ Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (due to location)
💷 Pay & Contract:
Rate: £22.27 per hour
Contract Type: PAYE only
Hours: Full-time, with overtime available
🛠 Key Duties & Responsibilities:As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of the project. Duties include:
Day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality of work
Coordinating structural works, including reinforced concrete, drainage, and groundworks
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, including carrying out toolbox talks, site inspections, and method statement reviews
Liaising with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to plan and sequence work efficiently
Monitoring site progress, reporting issues, and ensuring that work is completed to specification and on time
Managing labour and material resources, ensuring efficient use and minimal wastage
Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality checklists
Supporting the site team with problem-solving, mentoring operatives, and enforcing best practices on site
