- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Proven experience working as a Ganger or Team Leader in groundworks
- Ability to manage workloads, delegate tasks, and maintain site safety
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Supervising and coordinating a gang of groundworkers on site
- Overseeing tasks such as drainage, foundations, ducting, kerbing, and concrete works
- Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
- Liaising with site managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project goals
- Maintaining health & safety compliance and completing toolbox talks
- Keeping accurate records of progress and materials as required
- 💷 Rate: £18.86 per hour
