North Manchester paediatric Emergency Department is seeking an enthusiastic Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our nursing team to work in a our Paediatric Emergency departmentYou will be well supported with career progression and learning opportunities in emergency medicine.You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team who together strive to achieve the best patient outcomes and deliver the highest standard of care to all of our patients.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in a caring, compassionate and sensitive manner. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process. Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility for pre-registration students.The post holder will take delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team and themaintenance of high standards of quality patient care on a shift basis.About usMFT is one of the largest NHS Trust In England with a turnover of over £3bn & is on a different scale than most other NHS Trusts.
