We are looking to recruit two members to join our Reception team, As part of our team this post carries responsibility for the smooth running ofthe Paediatric Emergency Department. This includes working unsupervised, providing excellent customer care to our patients and their families.Ensuring all information received is inputted accurately.Main duties of the jobAccurately record details of new and follow up attendances on HIVE.Use the NHS Spine portal, to access information as required.Monitor incoming ambulances, via the OneResponse System.Monitor incoming 111 referrals, via the Adastra SystemIn liaison with Consultant medical staff, cancel and re-schedule clinicsEmail documentation to GP Surgeries, wards and departments as required by the medical/nursing team, ensuring adherence to the Caldicott Guidelines.About usMFT is one of the largest NHS Trust In England with a turnover of over £3bn & is on a different scale than most other NHS Trusts.
