- Manage a varied portfolio of UK resident and charitable trusts, ensuring compliance with annual accounts and tax deadlines
- Review work prepared by team members and provide training, support, and mentoring
- Assist with advisory and ad-hoc matters, including Inheritance Tax and high-level taxation advice
- Liaise with tax, accounts, and financial planning teams to deliver a joined-up client service
- Monitor budgets, manage chargeability, and raise fee notes
- Support on charitable trusts, probate work, and estate accounts, with opportunities to develop in these areas
- Strong understanding of trusts with proven trust management experience
- Experience in charitable trusts, probate, or estate accounts (advantageous)
- Knowledge of CCH Trust Accounts and CCH Personal Tax (desirable)
- CTA and/or STEP qualified, or working towards STEP qualification (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
- Proactive, dependable, and resilient with a positive outlook
- Ability to quickly build trust and professional relationships
