- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies across leading UK retail and pharmacy channels (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Amazon).
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and category teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives.
- Manage activation calendars, promotions, and in-store/online executions to drive shopper engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the development of retailer-specific POS, digital assets, and in-store communications.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key KPIs and ROI, using insights to inform future activity.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and retail partners.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- 3-5 years' experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation (FMCG or healthcare/pharma background preferred).
- Strong understanding of shopper behaviour, retail media, and channel dynamics.
- Proven experience activating campaigns across pharmacy or grocery retail channels.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, brand, and category teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
- Able to commit to one day per month on-site in Berkshire.
