- Providing excellent Customer Service to all telephone callers and visitors to the offices.
- Processing all incoming telephone calls including the logging of calls and conveying of messages.
- Providing telephone support to Partners and staff members.
- Organising Deeds and Wills retained in the strong room and accurately recording them on the Firm’s CMS.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Undertaking clerical and administrative duties.
- Securing the confidentiality and security of the Firm’s client documentation and information.
- Organising and ordering of office stationery.
- Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
