  • Excellent communications skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to manage time working on own initiative and effectively contribute as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain up to date accurate records and produce written reports.
  • Competent use of IT.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
What you will do:Lead defects surveys at the end of the development and works and coordinate as necessary with the Employers Agent the completion of all works to the satisfaction of the Council and the residentsUndertaking property inspections and cost assessments of potential properties to purchase.Working collaboratively in the contract management of multi-million-pound schemes from the tender process through to to completion of the works and defects period.
