– Chair complex meetings and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality outcomes and team efficiency.
– Manage more complex cases within the North Locality Team, focusing on children and families from 0 to 14.
– Deputise for the team manager, handling day-to-day management, advising, guiding, and attending critical meetings or court hearings.
