- Evidence of successful completion of specialist training/study in relevant areas, for example: oWorkplace Mediation oLeadership & Management
- Significant in-depth experience of general HR/people management in an NHS setting
- Significant employee relations experience or equivalent, including management of change
- Detailed and up to date specialist knowledge of employment legislation, best practice and policy/process across all areas of HR
- Experience of workplace mediation
- Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform advice
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to: oPresent complex data and themes, including to large groups and senior stakeholders, with clarity and precision
- Able to work autonomously, using own judgement and initiative and taking a problem-solving approach, whilst maintaining a high output level in terms of quality and quantity
- Ability to interrogate information resources; collecting, analysing and presenting data, and offering insight as appropriate Skilled in use of HR systems e.g. ESR, TRAC or similar
