In this role, you will schedule engineers' diaries, handle planned and emergency appointments and provide excellent service in line with company standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Field Engineers for maintenance and emergency appointments.
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling queries.
- Ensure work is completed promptly and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
- Update customer portals with job details and progress updates.
- Follow up and manage records in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in scheduling.
- Familiarity with working to SLAs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively in a busy office environment.
