If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are seeking a Temporary Scheduler to help coordinate our client's engineers' appointments and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll play a crucial role in their service industry team, ensuring that their operations are efficient and effective.What You'll Do:
- Schedule appointments for engineers, ensuring they have all necessary access information.
- Confirm who to ask for upon arrival and whether security clearance is needed.
- Avoid scheduling conflicts (they don't want the engineers stuck in traffic!). 🚗
- Communicate effectively with both engineers and clients to provide updates and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and any special requests.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 🗂️
- Excellent communication abilities-both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in scheduling software or tools is a plus!
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Someone who is "switched on" and can anticipate potential scheduling issues before they arise.
