
Post Completions Paralegal

- Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications;
- Raising a variety of different queries with Land Registry on behalf of Fee Earners
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- Sending completion of registrations to fee earners for approval and clients
- Registering charges and debentures at Companies House
- Adding OS1/OS2 expiry dates to a tracker and keeping an eye on OS1 expiry dates;
- Updating and maintaining a post completion tracker;
- Providing general administrative duties
- Communicate with solicitors/lenders
- Submit deeds to lenders and clients and to storage
- Undergraduate law degree (2:1)
- Experience in working in residential conveyancing in preferable but not essential
- Have an excellent attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
- Interest in Real Estate Work
- Candidates should also have excellent communication and IT skills
- Previous good customer service/administration experience would be advantageous
