We’re looking for a Retail Regional Manager to join our leadership team and drive performance across a designated region of stores.In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our retail network, leading store teams, delivering strategic plans, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and inspiring store teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Driving compliance, safety, and retail standards across all locations
  • Implementing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Managing regional projects including refits, openings, and closures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals
  • Championing new systems and digital processes
  • Supporting people development and succession planning
  • Promoting a “Customer First” culture and delivering service excellence
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in multi-site retail management
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret P&L accounts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude
  • Skilled in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team development
  • Comfortable with digital tools and committed to continuous improvement
  • Passionate about customer service and retail excellence
