
Regional Sales Manager

- Salary between £36,000 - £42,000 per annum, along with 20% bonus.
- Company Car, Private Healthcare and other benefits.
- Location: Flexible but presence across the South of the UK, especially Southwest will be required.
- Regular travel to meet with existing accounts and new prospects.
- Utilise strong relationship management skills to nurture and grow a portfolio of accounts across the region.
- Identify and pursue new business, developing brand awareness and managing new contract negotiations.
- Work alongside internal teams and other regional sales managers to deliver consistent marketing and sales efforts.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure customer orders and expectations are met.
- Report on sales activity, market trends, and account activity.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
- Strong and consistent track record of success in regional B2B sales.
- Excellent organisation, presenting, and relationship management skills.
- Effective communication and sales ability in-person and over the phone.
- Great customer service skills and ability to nurture accounts, building positive relations and reputation.
- Highly visible, transparent and proactive can-do attitude.
- Methodical sales approach and strong self-motivation.
- Highly IT literate and ability to maximise the utilisation of CRM tools.
