- Supporting children at risk of offending to thrive and transition successfully into adulthood.
- Undertaking assessments, creating plans, and delivering interventions that promote positive outcomes, across the range of youth justice interventions.
- Working closely with families and partner agencies to build strong support networks.
- Promoting restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches.
- Contributing to the development of innovative youth justice programmes.
- A Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (e.g., youth justice, social work, youth work) or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, youth justice legislation, and evidence-based practice.
- Experience working with children and families in multi-agency settings.
- Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice.
