Shifts: Monday-Friday shift between hours of 6am-7:30pm. It is a 24/7 operation so some flexibility may be needed. During the start of your employment, you will receive an extensive new hire training programme.After you have completed your training, your working pattern will change to an average of 37.5 hours per week, to support the business needs of the Company but you will divide your time between working remotely from your home and at our Nottingham office.Join our team

- Sales through supporting our existing customers via inbound telephone calls, providing the GoDaddy “WOW” customer experience to all through, a consultative experience
- Help and guide customers with technical elements of our systems and products, providing tools and insights to transform ideas into success
- Use consultative questioning to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer strategic guidance on maximizing value from our products, platforms, and services

- 2+years relevant targeted sales experience
- Must be able to show proven experience of working in a sales target environment
- Able to deliver an exceptional service experience with a great telephone manner, excellent communicator - able to build rapport to adapt tone and direction to suit the needs of customers
- Solid understanding of the internet, email and hosting technology / or have worked within a technical or online business with an ability to multi task multiple systems and navigate the internet efficiently and speedily
- Drive and passion to work with key performance indicators, in a target-driven sales environment
- Proactively self-reflects and adapts to challenges, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to maintain high performance in dynamic environments
- Thrive in a dynamic, changing environment with an on going desire to learn
- Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand and respond appropriately to customers queries and needs
