If you’re looking for a fully hybrid role with proper training and progression – and where your personality and performance make a real impact – this could be a perfect fit.The role in a nutshellYou’ll be joining one of our clients inbound customer service and sales teams, supporting customers with appliance insurance and repair queries. The calls are inbound – customers come to us – but you’ll still need to be confident in guiding conversations, spotting opportunities, and hitting targets.No matter the team, this is a busy, structured, compliance-led environment where empathy, communication and resilience are key.You’ll have two weeks of initial training, with coaching and ongoing support from your Team Leader and colleagues. You'll be part of a large remote workforce, split into smaller supportive teams with daily huddles and regular 121s.What experience do you need?You don’t need to come from a regulated environment, but you do need to have:
  • Experience working directly with customers, ideally in a phone-based or sales role
  • Confidence working to targets or KPIs (call volume, conversion, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
If you’ve worked in outbound sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or other contact centre roles, you’ll likely settle in quickly. Essentials
  • You must be based in the UK with the right to work
  • You’ll need a quiet place to work from home and reliable broadband – all other kit is provided
  • You’ll be working shifts across a 7-day rota, with most teams working 2 out of every 5 weekends
  • Shifts are planned 4–6 weeks in advance and won’t go later than 8pm
  • You’ll need experience in customer service or sales, ideally with 12+ months in a targeted or phone-based role – though we’re open to different backgrounds if you’ve got the right attitude
