- Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike.
- Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 ideal, but not essential).
- Experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth support setting.
- Positive, patient, and committed individuals with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
