Join Our Team as a Customer Compliance Agent!Are you highly observant, enjoy working independently, and take pride in doing things the right way? We’re looking for a proactive team player who’s confident working outdoors and can help us maintain high standards across our car parks.This is a Full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working variable day and night shifts.What You'll Be Doing:As a Customer Compliance Agent at our Newcastle sites you’ll be the eyes and ears of the car park – keeping a close watch to ensure vehicles follow our terms and conditions, and issuing Parking Charges (PCs) when necessary. You’ll make regular patrols, monitor the site’s condition, and assist customers when needed.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Issuing Parking Charges: Conducting accurate checks and issuing enforceable PCs using company equipment.
  • Foot Patrols: Carrying out regular patrols to monitor activity, report hazards, and support compliance.
  • Customer Assistance: Helping customers who are in distress or need guidance.
  • Site Standards: Keeping an eye on car park signage, bay markings, and cleanliness.
  • Security Presence: Being a visible deterrent for anti-social behaviour and reporting any incidents.
  • Operational Duties: Opening and closing sites, maintaining logs, and using lone-working devices correctly.
  • Team Communication: Regular updates with the Operations Manager and attending team meetings.
Requirements:No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
  • Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
  • Knowledge of car park operations or related equipment.
  • Experience working in an outdoor environment.
