Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Assistant based in the Occupational Health Service.The post holder will be based in the reception area of Occupational Health and will provide administrative support to the Office Manager, medical and nursing staff to enable an efficient and effective service delivery.The role includes reception and telephone duties, updating an electronic diary system for clinical appointments, photocopying, filing and general administrative tasks.The Occupational Health Nurse Manager and Office Manager may also from time to time require the job holder to perform other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.Applicants should be reliable and able to interact with team colleagues and service users.
